Every morning fresh bread and pastries ultra of our host, and then oysters, buckwheat pancakes (called here patties), stuffed with everything and n Anything, including sausage Mullein which I discuss below, nuts St Jacques, mussels, but oddly ... no seafood platter! Side drinks, cider and Muscadet ...
